- If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days of receipt.
- Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher price. Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). LattSaheb will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at www.LattSaheb.com subject to the following conditions. Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The details of the Exchange (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Exchange) should be shared with the Customer Support Team by email to Contact@Lattsaheb.com.
- You can initiate a request for reverse pick up by going to Order Number “Initiate Returns” . Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed with Lattsaheb discount vouchers for a maximum amount of Rs.200. Please mention invoice number on the address label.
- We will refund the money to you or issue credit voucher, as per your choice. Refund/Credit Voucher will be initiated after we receive the product at the warehouse. For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking payments. For Cash On Delivery Orders, we do refunds via NEFT transfer. While initiating the returns, you would be requested to share your account number and IFSC code of the bank to which you would want the refund amount to be transferred. The refunds will be initiated within 1 business day of items getting received at the warehouse. It typically takes maximum of 3 to 5 days for refunds to reflect in to your account depending on your bank. Credit vouchers will be issued within 1 business day and can be used to purchase again from Lattsaheb.com.
- Any discount vouchers / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order. Free Gifts can not be returned or exchanged.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Lattsaheb.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- Refund will be issued only after product is received at our warehouse.
- Credit voucher will be issued within 1 to 2 business day of receiving product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 1 to 2 business day of receiving product. Your bank may take 3 to 5 days to reflect the same in to your account. NEFT transfer will be done for Cash on Delivery Orders.
- You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
- Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: E-Commerce Division, Aramis web solutions, 102 – Sai Prabhu Complex, Udhna, Surat, Gujrat, PIN – 394210. Please mention return Id on the packet.
- Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
- Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
- Lattsaheb.com follows a 07 days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 30 days of delivery in case of defective products and shipping of wrong products.
- We do not offer exchange and returns from overseas customers.
