We try our best to ship your ordered products as soon as possible. Processing and dispatching an order ideally is done within 24 – 72 hours. However, the delay in delivery depends on your PIN code. We always mention a standard delivery date in the order confirmation email sent to you.

Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the Online Tracking Facility on our website under “Track Order” in My Account section. You Can also track your orders through the AWB number and Tracking link provided by our shipping partner GoAramis.

We and our vendors aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made a payment for a product that is unavailable after your payment, we will communicate the same to you within 3 working days of your purchase. You could either substitute your purchase with another product that is available on the website or the money will be duly refunded without a question.

We can process only one shipping address per order. So, if any customer would like to order different items and ship to different addresses, please treat this as separate orders and make a new order through our portal.

Any particular order can only be delivered to only one address, not multiple addresses.

We do not process orders for a Post Office Box address. It is advised to customers not to mention PO Box for delivery address.

Keeping in view the ease of delivery, our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts at the address mentioned by the customer. Beyond this they will inform us about the package, being non-delivered. Courier partner will call you and confirm you for your availability before attempting delivery of your products. We have clearly instructed our courier partner for this.

You can pay in lieu of your order via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI or Net Banking from India and from Overseas you can use our Paypal service to pay in other currencies

You may also choose to pay via Cash on Delivery. In this mode, the payment is made at the time of the delivery of your order. However, the COD facility is available only in India with a very nominal service charge of 150 Rs.

In India, for certain PIN codes, Cash on Delivery may not be available. However, prepaid facilities like Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI and Net Banking payment options can be used for these locations.

For overseas payment in other currencies, we support world wide delivery irrespective of their PIN codes.

If your pin code is not serviceable for Cash on Delivery for your address/PIN code you can still make a payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, UPI or Net Banking to purchase your product.

All our payment transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We use PayU, Paypal & PayTM[for COD] payment gateways to process the payments. So you can be rest assured about the mode of payment you select.

For now, we didn’t enable COD in our site but soon we’ll make it enable and simple to use but before that we are trying to enable rest of the payment modes.

We would like to inform our esteemed customers that we do charge a nominal shipping fee on international orders. However, you can avail Free Shipping on all orders shipped to India.

Although our charges are very transparent, our customer might be charged additionally over and above the initial payment made for the products as import duties and these import duties are charged once the product reaches to the customer’s country.

The amount for the these duties would differ from country to country as the import duty and taxes for each country are different. You are requested to clear the said dues at the time of delivery and pay the same to the courier partners.

The fit of our products might vary depending on the fabric, cut and style of the product as mentioned in description and in graphics. Before buying hence, please reference our sizing guide to figure out the best size for you and select the size that is best suited to you.

We request to our customers that kindly refer to the washing instructions mentioned on the tag of the product to avoid damage. Our products are made with handpicked soft, delicate fabrics and are advised professional dry cleaning rather than normal home wash.

We always try our best to display accurate colors of the garments on our website, but colors may vary due to the display, color settings, and resolution of your monitor.

All the disputes will be subject to Surat(India) Jurisdiction. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise directly or indirectly out of decline of authorization of transaction on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset credit limit as mutually agreed by you and your bank. It is only up to the customer and related bank.

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order within 24 Hours of order placement and before shipping of the products. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-14 working days after initiating the refund or earlier depends upon public holidays during processing of your refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account refund or credit card refund is dependent on multiple external agencies like as banks and payment gateways.

If you have a voucher or coupon code which is applicable on your products in cart and wish to apply for a discount, go to LattSaheb.com and select the products you want to purchase and add them to cart. Once you are redirected to the cart page, you’ll see an option of ‘Have A Coupon’.

Enter your coupon code and click on “Apply Coupon”. If it a valid coupon/voucher, you can redeem the voucher for your purchase.

Your voucher will have a validity of 90 days from the date of issue. Vouchers will not be reissued once it gets expired.

Your coupon code will have a validity period depend upon the category of the product, it is applicable.

All of LattSaheb orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surat, India to the shipping address provided by the customer via our courier partner GoAramis. Our reliable courier partner has all the big players in contract to deliver your purchased products worldwide Indian Post/FedEx / Blue Dart/ DTDC/ DHC/ Overnite/Delhivery etc.

We suggest you to create an account if you wish to place an order. You can simply provide your details like name, user id & password to sign in, provide the shipping address in the second step and select the payment method to place an order.

You can also Register/Login with your Facbook & google account, if it is convenient for you to share your login information with us.

You can also order your products without login to our system, during checkout you’ll have to enter your billing and shipping details and your correct mobile number and email id to get regular updates for ordered products.
