Shipping Policy

1. Lattsaheb.com offers free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product.
2. You can place orders from across the world as we deliver across the world.
3. We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 – 30 days (depends on country and location).
4. We process and ship all the orders from our Head office and warehouse in Surat, India to the shipping address provided by the customer via our courier partner GoAramis. Processing and dispatching an order ideally is done within 24 – 72 hours. However, the date of delivery depends on your PIN code provided while placing your order. We do mention a standard delivery date in the order confirmation email.
5. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Only in very critical condition and upon customer request, we may process your order but we cannot make such commitment for the delivery of the products delayed by shipping partner while transition.
6. Tracking number for the shipment is provided via email by our shipping partner and us.
7. We can process only one shipping address per order. So, if any customer would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat this as separate orders hence for different shipping addresses please create different orders.
8. We never ship to Post Office Box addresses so it is requested to our all esteemed customers not to mention Post Office Box as delivery address. W do not take responsibility for non-delivery of products/parcels for P.O. Box.
9. Keeping in view the ease of delivery, our courier partner GoAramis will make 3 delivery attempts at the address specified by the customer. Beyond this timeline they will inform us about the package, being non-delivered.
10. Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the Online Tracking Facility, provided by an online tracking link to track your order through AWB number or tracking number.

Duties & Taxes for International shipping

1. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied on products/parcels once a shipment reaches to customer’s country. In case there is any import duty or taxes applicable on import of our Product in customer’s Country, the customer will have to bear all the charges. Since this imposition of import duties/taxes as well as rates varies from Country to Country we are unable to calculate the amount of the same.
2. In order to keep the shopping experience of our Customer seamless till delivery of the product to them, we have instructed our Courier partner to clear the goods from Customs of respective country by paying the applicable amount of duties/taxes on behalf of our Customers and present a separate invoice to them for the equivalent amount at the time of giving delivery of goods. The Customer should pay the amount in the bill to our Courier Partner directly and take delivery of their products. In the event Customer does not pay the bill submitted by the Courier partner, the courier partner shall withheld the delivery of the product and in that event we do not owe any responsibility to the customer for non-delivery of product nor for refund of the amount paid against such product.
